Return and Refund policy

Ensure you inspect your delivery right away. If any items are broken or missing, report them within 7 days to be eligible for an exchange or refund. 

Please contact us for a return or refund, we will try our best to make everyone happy if the cane is not what your expected or will not work for your needs.

For any damaged items we will replace the item free of charge.

Please Note:  Due to the canes be handcrafted and custom made we can not provide free returns for reasons listed below:

Wrong colour ordered by customer.
Wrong length by customer.
Wont work for your needs, as in the handle is not correct for your wrist.
Customer does not like design

Please Note:  Due to the fact the canes all custom hand made items once an order is placed and the cane is started a refund can not be issued.  

To be eligible for a return, items must have been delivered within the last 30 days except during the Christmas holidays. You can return products from Christmas up until Jan 15th.

 Ready to get your return started? All you need is your order number and shipping address. Just locate your order number in the confirmation email we sent you and reach out to us. We'll take care of the rest!

If your return is approved, we will provide one of our prepaid return labels; simply attach it to the box and drop it off. Enjoy easy, hassle-free returns when you shop with us!

Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be sent to your original payment processor within 3-5 days.

Updates on returns will be provided when your return is scanned, or a refund has been issued.

Please note the item must be unused and wrapped in the original packaging.

If an order has already shipped, you can not request a refund.

What is your warranty period?

Enjoy peace of mind knowing that your purchases from us are protected for up to 6 months - from manufacturer defects.  Please see information on warranty for the product you bought on the product page, each product is different.

Can I return or get a warranty for my cane if it breaks due to accidental dropping?

No, unfortunately, damage caused by a dropped cane is not covered under our warranty and can not be returned.  We suggest you invest in a wrist strap for your cane and a can holder to prevent this.

Will the warranty cover a damaged cane due to scratching, denting, or nicking?

Unfortunately, this damage is caused by the user and is not covered under our warranty.

Requirements for exchange or return

In order to be eligible for a return, the product must have been delivered within the last 30 days except on Christmas, we allow an extra two weeks for this.

We only provide one return label per order.

Products that are approved for return must be resealable and have no visible sign of damage or wear.

We reserve the right to refuse products that are shipped back and arrive damaged.

Again if items are dropped and then returned NO refunds will be given.

Products with engravings CANNOT be returned.

You must use our shipping labels. If you use your own, then no shipping fees will be reimbursed.

Any lost or damaged returns are the responsibility of the sender, not us.

Once the product is returned, please allow 4 to 5 days for us to process the return, at which time we will issue a full refund to the original payment processor.

If the product was a gift, it could be returned for a store credit or a refund.  The refund can only be processed and refunded to the original credit card.

If you cut your own cane, it can not be returned for a refund.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at [your contact email] before the 14-day period expires.

Once we receive your returned item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Please note: custom or personalized items (such as engraved canes) are exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU law.
